  • Systemic work (opstellingen)

Most of our coaches have received training in systemic work. E.g. by Els van Steijn or at the IVSW by Elmer Hendrix.

We have integrated systemic work in most of our 1-on-1 coaching and group sessions.

On request we have facilitated organization constellations.

  • Secure base leadership

In our company programs we often apply the concepts of Caring & Daring and Secure base leadership. It examines the role of the leader in getting the full potential out of their team.

A number of our coaches trained at Jakob van Wielink, and the School voor Transitie.

  • Daniel Goleman's Leadership styles

    Leadership styles

We have created a Leadership survey to collect feedback from colleagues on how you behave as a leader.

Our survey is based on the six Leadership styles as identified by Daniel Goleman.

The outcomes can help identify where and how to grow as a leader.

  • Parent - Adult - Child position exercise from Transactional Analysis

    Transactional Analysis

Using the theory of Transactional Analysis (TA), we look at the position from which you communicate.

In TA there are three positions you can take; Parent, Adult & Child. The only effective relationship is from Adult to Adult.

We have found this a great intuitive tool to make a change in the way you communicate and better deal with situations difficult for you.

  • Deep democracy

One key element for a leader is to pay attention to signs of resistance in their team. When unaddressed it can become a killer for team atmosphere and performance.

By promoting both safety and constructive conflict, great leaders are able to work with resistance. Deep democracy provides actionable methods in how to do this.

Some of our coaches have recieved training at House of Deep Democracy

  • Breathing exercise in preparation for Freediving

    Freediving

We like to provide our participants with new experiences. Freediving is one of them. In freediving you go under water using only one breath.

Key to Freediving is a good connection between body & mind.

We practice different breathing techniques and challenge you to experience what it is like to freedive using certified instructors, e.g. from OBA.

  • Rebel group discussion in Samaya

    Intervision methods

The group process is an integral part of the learning experience. Participants practice with giving and receiving feedback, constructive conflict and using their intuition.

They also practice with intervision methods which they can also apply in their own teams.

  • Personal values exercise

    Personal Values

We work with participants to identify the seven values central to your life.

This serves as a compass in decision making. And gives concrete tools to tackle situations that cost a lot of energy.
