We use a range of methods to address all of you: ratio, emotion & intuition
Our Rebel Methods
-
Circle of you
Based on the Golden Circle by Simon Sink, we created the Circle of you. This is the key framework we use throughout the program to highlight your progress and insights.
Everyone has these three layers: on the outside you see What someone does. A bit deeper are the ways in which you want this to be done - the how. And completely on the inside is your Why, your inner drives & Ikigai.
-
Lifelines
“Your mouth is closest to your own ears”
We work a lot with the Lifeline exercise. Many people find this magical, it creates immediate connection in a group. Next to that it allows you to reflect on your life, and the moments that have shaped you as a person.
-
Intervision
The group process is an integral part of your learning experience. You will build a deep connection with your group, learn from them, receive honest feedback on how others perceive you and also share your own experience with them. Typically participants find this one of the most satisfying experiences from our programs.
-
One on One Coaching
As part of the program you will have four individual conversations with a Rebel Coach. We will deepen and sharpen your specific question, as well as providing you with our feedback on what we have seen of you.
-
Personal Values
Find out more about your personal values. We help you identify the seven values central to your life. Knowing these and having the courage to live according to them can be transformational. Knowing your values will help you understand why you find some people very difficult to work with and why certain situation cost you so much energy. And it gives you some tools to deal with this.
-
Enneagram
One level deeper than your personal values are your inner drives. We use the Enneagram model to deep dive into what your inner drives are. We use the model not to ‘box’ you in one of the categories. It is a mirror to look into and challenge yourself to answer the question: what is it that is truly driving you?
-
Ikigai
Your Ikigai is the ‘reason you get out of bed in the morning’ (besides your alarm clock going off). With visualisation techniques we stimulate the creative part of your brain to generate new insights and images relating to this ‘big life question’.
-
Leadership styles
We have created a Rebel Leadership survey to collect feedback from your colleagues on how you behave as a leader. The survey is based on the six Leadership styles as identified by Daniel Goleman. We use the outcomes to identify where you want to further develop as a leader & it gives you guidance in practical ways of doing this
-
Qi Gong
Qi Gong is an ancient technique, with roots in Chinese medicine. We use it to help improve the connection between your physical body and your mind.
-
Freediving
Freediving has many different disciplines, but in essence you try to go under water using only one breath. In order to prepare for this free divers use a range of breathing techniques. Key to Freediving is a good connection between body & mind. We practices different techniques and challenge you to experience what it is like to freedive using certified instructors.
-
Mindfullness
Using a range of methods from mindfulness to strengthen the connection between your body & mind. We use & repeat simple exercises, to ensure you are able to master them and apply them yourself as well.
-
Transactional Analysis
Using the theory of Transactional Analysis, we look at the position from which you communicate with another person in an intuitive way. There are three positions you can take; Parent, Adult & Child. The only effective relationship (besides from with your parents or your children) is from Adult to Adult. We evaluate your preference and give guidance in how you can keep your Adult position in different situations.
