Frequently asked questions.
What are typical questions of former participants?
Obviously people have many different reasons to participate but some of the recurring themes we see are listed below.
I have been promoted into a new leadership role and I want to strengthen my leadership style
I feel (or others have told me) there is a big difference between how I am at work and how I am in private life
I want to learn how to inspire or intrinsically motivate others
I feel my organisation today needs to change and I want to learn (improve) how to do this
I want to dive (again) into who I am and what I find important (and what this means for the kind of leader I want to be
I just find personal development very important and you came recommended by someone
Is the program in English or Dutch?
We want to give everyone the opportunity to express them best they can. Therefore depending on the participants we have editions in English, Dutch and mixed language. Contact us for the language of the upcoming edition, or to discuss your language preference.
I want to participate, how do I convince my ‘manager’?
Make the case why you think you should participate, and what you want to get out of it. Usually this connects to something that is valuable to your organisation as well. Also it can help to connect us to help you convey what it is that you will get out of participating.
I think someone in my team should participate, how do I convince them?
We believe in intrinsic motivation, and therefore only allow participants who want to join themselves. Having said that, probably connecting them to us will help in figuring out if the Rebel program is something for them.
(I am part of an NGO and) I cannot afford the regular fee, can I still participate?
We have a reduced fee for certain participant groups. If you think you should qualify for this than please contact us.
